ABOUT USEstablishmentThe UK is one of the oldest members of the IDF, having been a member since 1904 when the Ministry of Agriculture acted as the National Committee. However, as the IDF broadened its field of activities it was recognised that wider representation was required and thus, following a meeting of the various UK dairy organisations, the UKDA was established in July 1950. Following a Special General Meeting on 4 October 2005, UKDA was subsequently re-named as UK-IDF.
